After a lot of struggle we finally got our webpage finished. While using Dreamweaver we hit a lot of stumbling blocks but eventually managed to come through it! When we first started using it we could get the content onto the page but could not link the pages to each other properly. Eventually when we got the links to work other things such as the structure of the page started to go wrong. Although we didn't get to put all our idea's into the webpage we were still happy with the finished webpage as we didn't have a great knowledge of what to do but still managed to pull our way through it.
Even though we didn't get to make it as good as we wanted it to be at least we made it easy to use which was one of our ideas from the start. We also got our information about the clubs that we wanted to get and our template set out the Premiership colours from start to finish. I was also happy to see the finished piece because we would never have been able to make anything like this a couple of months ago!

website
While editing the page and also looking through the internet we found a website, www.oleole.com which, after looking through the website contained a lot of information that we would like to put on our webpage. When you click the teams name on this website and go into history it contains short facts about the club such as their stadium, chairman etc. This was perfect for us as it was short and simple and just exactly what we needed for our web page.
We finished making our template when we were happy with it and then moved onto dreamweaver which turned out a lot harder than we expected it to be. The thing we have found the hardest so far is linking the pages together.

Web Design Blog
Gearoid and I are doing a webpage based on the Premiership's top 4 teams, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool. We thought this would be a good idea because we are both interested in football and also it would also take up 5 pages with a home page and also a page for each team.
We decided that the colour scheme for the page should be red and blue as they are recognised colours for the premiership, as can be seen on www.premierleague.com. We decided we were going to make the home page a bit different as well by instead of putting the links to the other pages on the side we put them in each corner of the page and then the content will be put in the middle. We are also hoping to get a picture of the premiership trophy onto the homepage and depending on how much room there is maybe the premiership table also.
The rest of the pages will have the same layout but contain a small bit of information about the team and also a picture of the team.
